Parking Advisors is the only firm of its type in the United States. We combine deep institutional real estate experience with a 20+ year background in parking operations. Leveraging this unique experience and knowledge, the principals were the first team in the industry to treat parking like what it is – a valuable commercial real estate investment.

The firm has been directly involved with over $40 billion of commercial parking assets across all major United States office markets. We currently provide active oversight for over $3.0 billion in parking assets on behalf of institutional clients on an ongoing basis. Our projects have included many of the largest and most profitable commercial parking operations in the United States.
